Required Skills: At least two years of front-of-house management experience in fine dining establishments Ability to enforce all standards of service Strong food and beverage knowledge Strong problem solving skills Exceptional communication and leadership skills Must possess a positive attitude, and the ability to be a supportive trainer and mentor for staff Proven record of developing strong FOH teams
